Notifications are sent to approver email again after approval

Hello Power Automate users,

 

My approval flow (with attachments) has been working perfectly until yesterday when I encountered this problem.

After I approved, there is another approval notification of the approved item sent to me again, but without attachments.

Have any of you guys seen this?

    Dear Lin Tu,

     

    My flow is a sequential approval flow. The 1st and 2nd approvers are different people.

    For example, if I am one of the approvers, instead of receiving only 1 notification for each item create on OneDrive, I receive 2 notifications these days. The 1st one with attachment and the 2nd without it.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    I can see there are two same approval actions in your Flow, after the first approval request approve, the second approval request will be sent. The second approval request bound to happen based on your Flow structure.

    Do you mean the issue is the second approval request has no attachments?

    Below is a screenshot of my flow. I've using this for a couple of months already. This issue just happened recently.

    Could you please share a screenshot of your Flow structure?

    Is the approval action located in a loop?
