when a new email arrive trigger, its not work

All employees in the organization have an m365 license with power automate free. I'm using automate to create a flow. It is an automated flow that gives teams notification when new mail arrives in office365 Outlook.
It's creating my colleague's flow, and if I mail my colleague, the flow doesn't work. However, if you test by my mail, you can confirm that the Teams notification arrives. Why is it like this??

Doesn't office365 outlook and teams need no license because they are standard connectors?

    Hello @Bingqiling ,

it's checking mailbox of the user whose connection it's using - go to the 3 dots on the trigger and you'll see whose connection it's using at the bottom of the popup. It should be your colleagues connection - you might need to create the flow under his account to achieve that (or he can login on your pc to give you access to his connection).

    hi @tom_riha

oh, i missed connection. thank you for your help.

I have one more question, what flow should I take advantage of if I have 3 colleagues at work??

Should I use the switch phrase to create a flow??

    Hi @Bingqiling,

the trigger is linked with a single mailbox.

You have to install the flow for each user.
