AMA: Calculate the right amount of AI Builder licenses needed

Hi everyone,

Do you have some tips on how to get a customer to start with AI Builder, but who doesn't know how much content will be provided? Let's say Contoso wants to start using AI Builder for their invoices saved within SharePoint, but the amount is changing a lot (let's say one month 2.000 and in other months 5.000, like season-based sales etc.). How can the company actually get the best out of AI Builder, so that they use the right number of licenses, which are necessary for the month?

What will happen, if they get over the limit of the month? Could there be also something like "pay-as-you-go" plans?

Pas-as-you-go will be available in the coming year.

Unfortunatelly, at the moment the only option is either to take the peak usage for your subscription or to review the subscription monthly based on the anticipated usage for the incoming month.
