When trying to connect to Confluence's OAuth 2.0 app, I encountered a service error about session cookies. It gives an error message about a cookie that is a combined string from state and prompt values. For example, in this case the state was "hei" and the prompt was "consent", so the error message is: "Missing session cookie (consenthei) in consent redirect request."
After clicking "Accept":
