Hi Team, we have created a flow which requires ARM connector in power automate followed by MS Forms , Power BI , Excel online for Business , Approvals & Outlook. We will using our service account which is Non Microsoft Domain to run this power automate flow.

However we aren't sure if we need to purchase license for Power Automate & O365 separately or will purchasing power automate license would be sufficient ? Do we get the above highlighted services included in the power automate basic license ? For reference please refer the connectors being used in our flow listed below.  Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Can some help me get unblocked please ?

  • Re: License Info Required - Power Automate

    @ScottShearer - Thanks for reaching out. Basically ARM is for Azure resource related actions, here is a link to the connector Azure Resource Manager | Microsoft Power Automate

    It is a premium connector in power automate using which we can deploy resources in Azure.

    So basically we want to know that if we buy M365 license will it be include Power Automate or not ?

    Or do we need to buy is separately ? If power automate license needs to be purchased separately, whats the process ?

    Any way that we can have all this (ARM connector in power automate followed by MS Forms , Power BI , Excel online for Business , Approvals & Outlook)  bundled under one license ?

    @Anonymous

    The Forms, Excel, Approvals and Outlook connectors are available to all who have an M365 license so they should not be an issue.

    The Power BI connector is available to you as well, but a Power BI license will be required for those who want to view your reports, dashboards, etc..

    I am not familiar with the ARM connector - can you explain further?
