HI,
I feel like i have a very simple need for a CRM like service, I’ve used Monday.com before but it doesn’t integrate as seamlessly as i think it should for the money and I feel like it should be easy enough to accomplish my goals using power automate.
I have simple emails that include order details, I want to bring that email data (subject/body) and associate that with the customer it belongs to, then using the customer data I want to be able to automate communication.
I know i just described the exact use of CRM but dynamics feels to complex for my needs & I feel like there’s a clever way to just use power automate and excel or planner and give me something very close to my goal.
Any thoughts would be appreciated,
