Hi,  when user gets an approve e-mail using the App some text is very long and gets truncated from the view. User can't see the entire text and there is no why to scroll right. The only option is up and dowm.

Is there a solution for that ?

Many thanks

The auto-generated approval emails cannot be edited. However, you could use the Approval steps within the conditions for the approval flow and then utilize the Send email to send an email formatted however you'd like like. Here's an example of one of my flows where I do this (see purple callout boxes):CustomApprovalFlow.pngThis is how I do all of my approval Flows, due to the limitations of the "canned" approval process.

    Hello @roym2474 ,

What you want to solve is that the user can better display the approve email when receiving it, right? Because there is too much content in your comments, you can convert comments to PDF file, and send the approve email with attachment of PDF file.

About how to convert text to PDF file, you can refer to this doc:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/encodiandocumentmanager/#convert-text-to-pdfAnnotation 2019-05-15 172526.png

Please have a try and I hope will help you.

There are potentially a few options here:

    1. Use Markdown in the Approval message body to format your text better
    2. Depending on your actual approval needs ... you can try using the Outlook connector and
      • "Send Email with Options" then you have more control over the message context
      • but the alert won't show up in the app as it is not an official Approval

I'm just starting to play around with Message Options and the use of Adaptive cards and even the possibility of dropping this into Teams as a way to bypass the Flow Mobile App and get the same or better capability.

Microsoft really needs to have just an Approvals App separate from the PowerAutomate app so as to not expose every user to all of the capabilities.
