    Should probably be something like:

    • Use the "Run application" action to start up your program,
    • Use a bunch of Click UI Element actions to get to this screen you're talking about
    • Use Send Keys actions to re-create what you're doing here (look up tutorials on these if need be)

    That should be enough.

I am using ({SHIFT}{DOWN:7}) to select 1st 7 rows from top in a grid. this code only giving me 7th rows selected only.. not all 7 from top. help me to re-define the formula. Thanks

code is correct, just missing an extra bracket:

    {Shift}({Down:7})

sorry Typo.. but it is not selecting all 7 rows ? should i add Control key too ?

Hmm, shouldn't have to as it should literally be just like how you did it, so shift+down arrow 7 times right?

If that isn't working, try using "Press/release key" action and tell it to press shift, then use send keys and simply send the down arrow 7 times, then use the same "Press/release key" action to release the pressing of shift.

Remember, the robot needs to do it exactly how you do it, so also make sure you're telling it to do exactly how you usually do, maybe you didn't click the top row for example before sending the keys?

Need help to count the record in grid ? what action should i use ?

    Try

    - extract data from window

    - get details of the ui element

Use these either on the row screen or see if there's something on the application from which you can extract the exact number of rows, e.g. that "count" text in the top right as seen in the image you've sent. use one of those actions on that and see if you could extract the number.

Sorry to bug you again. My requirement got changed..

    1. I have to ready the column name "Date of Service (DOS)" if date is today or less then today , change the date to current date

    2. Update the "Claims Status" to Ready ( i used Send key to update this)

    Any Suggestions ?
