Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am looking to send an email with options to a shared mailbox and I am hoping that the functionality will work in such a way that when the first person responds that it will show to others that have access to that shared mailbox as it has already been responded to. Is this how it will work or is there another way that I should be doing this?
