I have been working with Copilot Studio for a few weeks.
I don't understand very well how Copilot Studio picks up the entities and fills them automatically.
In my case it is failing.
Example:
Firstly I have created a topic that is called "contratar", and it is about hiring.
Then I have created an entity that is about the types of contracts that can exist, “luz” and “gas”.
As you can see, I ask the bot the phrase “contratar luz”. Inside the bot I have put the literal phrase "contratar luz" and the Copilot Studio is not able to get the entity on its own.
My question is, why it is not able to get that entity and if there is any way to solve it?
I am encountering the same issue; the bot seems to be unable to extract the entity if the entity is in the original message which triggered the topic.
