We are working on a process in which we are using the SharePoint - Create Item action. We noticed 2 issues with the same.
1) After disabling the action, when we re-enable it, it is throwing an error as shown in screenshot below:
However if I save the process, close it and re-launch the process, the error is removed which is strange.
But it is more confusing as when a co-owner of the process tries the same, the error is not removed.
2) The concerned action in power automate generates input fields dynamically based on the List selected as shown below. For eg Service ID, Ack ID are the columns from the selected list.
However, for the co-owner of the process, these fields are not visible as shown below:
