Power Automate Co-Pilot vs Classic View

I went to create a Power Automate Cloud Flow as usual, and I see that the Co-Pilot view is now the automatic and primary view to create and edit a cloud flow.

I see there is an option to select Classic View which shows the previous? edit mode.

It could be that I learned Power Automate using Classic View and more familiar with the layout, but I really don't like the Co-Pilot view. The actions have a lot of options that need to be selected, and I don't think the interface is helpful especially for new users. Is Microsoft just trying to drive the AI builder more?

Can I hear some feedback to help me understand the advantage of Co-Pilot and why new users would prefer this layout?

Should I use Co-Pilot more when providing solution examples in the forum?

    @wskinnermctc ,

    If you prefer the classic view, it's still available, but it's essential to start upgrading your skills with the new designer, as it's a permanent addition. The sooner you make this transition, the more beneficial it will be for you. While the Copilot designer does have a few limitations, such as the absence of the copy action feature, it harnesses the capabilities of AI, making it a valuable tool.

    This is awful. the product is not slower with less features and there's no option start in classic mode.  Also the co pilot is bad and does not work do to more complex flows.

    Yes Ive only just mastered ‘classic’ and so this is a real blow.  Not easier or more user friendly. Suspect there might be a backtrack on this ….

     I think this is the solution. clicking 3 dots here allows you to go back to classic or

    I am really indifferent to the layout of the copilot view verses classic, I have just seen a ton of basic errors in the copilot that affect the flow. The dynamic content is now riddled with bugs. I am sure these will all be cleaned up, but come on! I have flows that have worked for years and are very simple failing because now copilot can't handle dynamic content!? For example I had a flow that couldn't pull the file content of and excel file from SharePoint correctly anymore like it has thousands of times prior. I had to go in and type the function for the same dynamic content to fix. I had another flow that couldn't handle the name change of an action. I had to change the name back to the default name of the action to get it to work again. Just simple stuff that makes using it a pain. I hope they allow the use of the old view at least until they work out the basic bugs in the copilot!
