Hi,
I am trying to create a button flow that opens an existing excel file, updates information on multiple rows and columns, then sends the excel file without saving. Is that possible?
Hi @AdamFraser,
It is impossible to use flow to open an existing Excel file. While we could use Flow to update an Excel file with multiple rows and columns.
However, update the file without saving cannot be achieved. Once the file is updated, the updated items will be saved automatically.
May you consider submitting a request on Flow ideas forum for future releases:

Best regards,

Could I save a new copy of the Excel file? Or only able to make updates?
I could save a new copy of the excel file with the updated items and then email, that would also work.
