So I recently was working with a customer that brought up some interesting questions that I can seem to find the answer for. Hoping to get some help to clear this up. All of this is in regards to using the RPA capabilities. Customer has 200 employees they want to give this capability to in order to automate selling processes with their legacy apps
1) Is there any way to use the "Per flow plan" to get the RPA capabilities to the users? From what I see here https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ it looks like you can add on the "unattended RPA" to the "Per flow plan" but that doesn't cover getting the attended RPA capabilities
2) If you have a Power Apps license, do you get the RPA capability if triggered through a power app?
3) Can you create a service account (licensed with Power Automate RPA license AND unattended RPA) to run these flows? Instead of giving all 200 users a license, just have 1 account licensed. ex) send emails with invoice PDFs to the service account mailbox for AI to process and run RPA.
4) From what I can tell when you have an unattended RPA bot running, it runs under the context of the user that created that Bot correct? Just curious on the access/permissions here running on a VM or accessing a legacy system. Same question for attended, the user that triggers the flow, it runs under that users context correct, thus that person has to have the RPA license?
