Read data from Excel with no permission to modify it

Hi,

Excel Actions in the Power Automate Cloud Flow do not work when the initiator of the flow doesn't have permission to edit the workbook even if the flow doesn't make any modifications. Could you let me know how to do this? Is there a workaround?
