Unable to Sync Teams Shifts with Outlook Calendar

Hello everyone!

I am in the process of transitioning my company to all things 365. The process has gone very well so far, but we are switching to Teams Shifts for our schedules.

For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to use a test account to sync shifts. I have built half the flow I need, but getting stuck on a few actions' items.

I have created a Switch action flow. Created 3 trees from that, Create, Update and Deleted.

Create appears to be working, but I just cannot figure out how to properly set up the Update tree. I have built a few arrays to filter some data out, but the test keeps failing.

If anyone has any down this sync process before I would love some help or guidance!

Thank you,
Brian

    Hi Brian

it may not be as simple as i say but here how your logic should be

When an event modified, created or deleted trigger
    Switch based on action type

    Create:
Create a new event and make sure internal id is part of subject or body preferably subject

    Update:
filter out the events in new calendar using subject or body [same as create] why this is essential by default you get 256 events you can extend but not required as long as you have a identification
from the above filtering you should get the relevant in new calendar you can use it to delete and recreate. if their is update event action please use that instead

    Delete:
same as above filter than use delete action
