Custom Entity data content not showing

Hi, I'm working on a app I created a few weeks ago, which was functioning just fine, I jumped back in to carry on working with it and I find the data content does not show in the cards. I checked the custom entity that I had created, it was there ok but when I click on the data tab the page just sits there saying loading data... Furthermore, if I then click import data it jumps to the import data page but shows no controls or input boxes. The data I imported was only test data but it concerns me that it looks to be missing..

    Hi Realtec,

Do you have any other custom entities? Have you checked other custom entities to see if they are getting the same issue or only this entity is getting the issue?
What fields type are there in this custom entity?
Which browser are you using? Please try another browser or InPrivate mode to see if this works.

I have tried to open an app and a custom entity on my side, all work fine with no error.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

Thanks for the reply. I have one other custom entity that was empty, this one will allow me to import data, and correctly displays the 'no records found' when I hit the data tab. It appears to be affecting just the one I imported data into. I have mostly text fields, one phone, one website url and one date/time field along with the mandatory system created fields. I use chrome mostly but tried it with IE and Edge with same result. Sure I could re-create the entity, but I could do to know why this entity has got screwed up so I can go forward with confidence that it won't happen againany further help would be greatly appreciated.,

    Hi Realtec,

How many data have you imported?
If convenience, please provide your Session ID for a further investigation.

Please also check this documentation about “Import or export data from the Common Data Service” for a reference:

I imported about 50-60 records. Where do I find my session ID?

    Hi Realtec,

You could get the Session ID under (File->)Account->Diagnostics->Session Details on both PowerApps studio for Windows and PowerApps studio for Web.

    Hi Realtec,

I haven’t got a response on my side. I will back once I got any updates.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Hi Realtec,

I have some updates for you.

A workaround that works sometimes is to add a column or change the schema in some way and that brings back the data. You could try to add a field to the entity to see if it will bring back the data.

Also, please try to open the entity in Excel, check if you will get data or any other messages.

    Best regards,

    Hi Mabel,

Thanks for your reply and suggestions but the news is not good. I added a field to the entity which added ok, but now I have no data at all. If I click the data tab, instead of saying loading data it now states there is no data to display. The only good thing that has happened is I can now access the import data screen properly so I can re-import my test data. I suspect because powerapps is new there are a few glitches here and there and in time it will become a powerful platform for creating business solutions. For the time being I'll be backing up my data quite often!
