Send an email (v2) - how to keep the email format (images and embedded link) in power automate flow please

Hi Community,

Urgent help needed please.

I created a simple flow to do the mail merge. Email address in excel table has no issue so far.

I am stuck at the email body. After copy and paste the email content from my outlook. The images (company banner) and format are gone. There supposed to be a hyperlink to Microsoft form for recipient to register, which become plain text as well.

I tried to create email template from Dynamic365 however i don't know how to get the GUID.

Please advise the quickest way to fix as I have to send the mail merge by tmr (March 19). Thank you very much.

Hi @Deenuji
Thank you for your quick response. Somehow the HTML formatting button is not showing up. How can i pull it out?The original email format in my outlook is .msg

Could you pls share email content screenshot where images and link are there? Where you getting the email body? from table?

In the meantime, you can also refer the below links and understand how they are sending email with embedding images, similar way you try to add for your links as well.
