Get File Content Using Path cannot find the file

Hi,

I followed several youtube videos to send out, in an email, attachments uploaded from Microsoft Form response. Such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYblnRqu6Z4 Using Get File Content using Path.

It worked for a while and suddenly today it stopped working, saying it cannot find the file. However, I tested the path (following the one in 'file path') and it led me to the file.

}

I have not done anything to the flow since it was set up last month. What could have changed to cause this error? What can I do to fix this?

Thanks a lot in advance.

    Update on the problem: I checked and can confirm that someone submitted one response to the form this afternoon and triggered the email automation correctly. That person then tried to submit another response, almost exactly the same, and the flow stopped working.

    Check the file name of the uploaded file. Does it contain any special characters? Also, you should be using the OneDrive for Business get file content action, not SharePoint.

    OneDrive for Business get file does not work.

    I tested with different attachments and to your point the problem could have been caused by "é". This is not a special character in Canadian life.
