Hi there,
I use Power Automate for starting an approval process after sending a Forms response.
As requestor there is always my own Name shown, independently who of my organization fills out the form. How can I change this?

Could you clarify your question more specificly?
Do you mean you want to assign the approval to the one who submit the form?

no, that is not what I mean.
The assigned person is always myself.
But in the message for the approver the requestor is shown. And no matter who sends the request / forms, in the approval information is always shown "Requested by: smag"

I think I resolved this - fortunately 🙂
Instead of "Get my User profile" I used "Look for user profile", now it works!
