Cant Print this type of document error

Hello,

The bot is trying to print a pdf file. In my code I have used set default printer and then the print document command . I do not get this error message when I run it on development or test machine but I am getting this error on production machine. Have checked the printer settings and compared with both machines , had the printer readded on the production machine but still receiving this error. Can someone please help with this.

Hello,

Thank you for the reply. Some of the suggestions in this post have been implemented by the IT team such as readding the printer, checking the driver etc. But the error still comes up. Not sure how Adobe would impact this as my code is not using Adobe reader to open/edit the pdf.

Hi,

well i do feel this issue appears due to configutaion changes to be done in the machine as i don't think from code we need to do anything

@Deenuji_Loganathan_ - any thoughts over this ?
