Upload documents in a document library folder while creating list item and edit list item with all associated documents

Hi,

I want to create a item in the SharePoint list and upload associated documents in a document library folder named as list item title.

and while editing list item, I should be able to edit item with all associated documents(may delete, add existing documents) from the same associated folder.

How this requirement can be achieved?Appreciate your help.

Thanks for this. I have seen these videos but while editing the list item, how can I get/add/delete documents from the associated folder. That requirement is not considered in the video. If you can help, would be great. Thanks
