Date Difference or Ticks help

I am trying to work out the difference in minutes between two dates and times, and having tried many a solution presented on here nothing seems to work...

When trying to use the 'Ticks' expression' I get the error that the datetime string is not valid even though as far as I can tell it is in the ISO 8601 format

I have included the full flow of the section I am working on below. I am assuming it is something simple but I don't work a lot with dates and I am stumped!

    Hi,

Are you sure. I've seen this before. Is the 10 the day or month? and is 3 the day or month?

Can you get the exactly format of Time_Started and share?

    Cheers

@manderson1908 I made a reference about DateDifference and Ticks in this post. DateDifference and Ticks

Also it looks like there is a difference in the name "Time_Started" and "Date_Started" so just double check those to confirm.
