[MS Flow & MS Forms] Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again

I am trying to make a process flow using Microsoft Flow in order to notify me when a response is submitted.

But, when I tried to make a process flow, it says to check my account info and/or permissions. Both my Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Flow are using the same account.

MS Flow IssueDo you think you can help me resolve this issue?

    Hi @prasyaa,

     

    I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

    You could try to solve the problem from these aspects:

    1. Log in to your account in MS Forms to see if it is valid. If it is invalid, please try to change the account or password.
    1. Or register a new MS Forms account directly, then add a new connection to see if this issue still occurs.
    1. If the account is valid, try adding a new MS Forms-Connection, or delete the previous connection and re-create the new connection.

    Please take a try and let me know if issue still exists.

    Hi,

     

    I am getting the same issue, I did reenter my credentials but that didnt help, would appriciate if you can share additional steps which can be taken to resolve this issue!
