Dear all,I have a scenarios whereby i need to create a sharepoint list in This HR Team Channel. In this HR Team Channel i am not able to access nor any other employees. Only the HR employees have the access.I need to create a powerapp whereby all employees are to fill up their own contact, address, next of kin etc and the employees only able to see their own data.HR Employees will be able to see all the information in the Sharepoint List.Is there any ways i can have this to work? as i understand they all the employees need to have access to the sharepoint list which mean they need to be in the HR Team Channel.
Hi @WeiMingLeong ,
Give the users a custom permission level in SharePoint with "View Application Pages" unchecked and then they cannot navigate to any page in SharePoint

Hi @WarrenBelz,Thank you for your reply. Will i be able to see the list in powerapp to add the datasource once i have done this permission?
as i will need to change the current powerapp datasource to this new location in HR Team Channel.
That permission is only for the users you do not want to see the List - you should retain Full Control.
Hi @WarrenBelz ,Full control mean that i can see the full information of that sharepoint list in the HR Team Channel even i am not in the HR Team Channel? The problem is that HR do not allow me to see the list as it will contain personal information such as bank details, employees address etc of the employees and in HR Team Channel contain alots of the confidence things.
I simply mean the control you have now. You only need to give the restricted permission to the users that you do not want to see the SharePoint list.
Just checking if you got the result you were looking for on this thread. Happy to help further if not.
