I created a flow that is triggered on created of a Quote Line record in CRM.
In CRM, there are 4 Quote Line records that were created. But the flow was only executed twice. It was supposed to be triggered 4 times since there are 4 Quote Line records created. Sometimes it executes correctly, sometimes there are missing executions.
Would anyone know what could’ve caused the missing/skipped execution?
**My flow is just doing calculation for the Extended Amount in Quote Line record and calculation for the Total Amount record in Quotes. My flow also updates the newly created Quote Line with the calculated Extended amount and updates the related Quote with the calculated Total Amount.

I would try raising the concurrency to something higher than 1. I would start with raising it to 4 to see if that captures all of the events.
