Dear All,

I have recently gotten this error. It was working fine previously.

Error
Action 'List_rows_present_in_a_table' failed

The request is unauthorized by Graph API. Error code is 'FileOpenUserUnauthorized'. Error message is 'You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser.'.
clientRequestId: 709b0d31-ecad-4cab-9efd-5c26af095885

Below is the image of the actual error. I have actually tried consent access to all the excel permissions under Graph Explorer but still this error comes up.
I also did relogin and clear my browser's history.

Please help.
Currently solution is that I have to open up the excel file via office.com for it to detect and read this excel table.

Delete the action List rows present in a table and save.  Exit.  Re-edit, re-add.  Your connection string probably is corrupt.

As @trice602 has mentioned the connection string is probably corrupt. However, before deleting the list rows action, you can also try clicking the three dots on that action and add a new connection.

    Hope this helps!

    I got this error instead.
Is it they recently disallow personal account to use this Power Automate flow?

You may want to check with IT and confirm if your personal account has access in Entra. I was assuming that you have been using a Business account with access to the excel file on SharePoint/OneDrive.

    Hope this Helps!
