Power Automate dont start from PowerApps

Hi all,

I have one big app on PowerApps, where many different processes start flow at Power Automate.

Today the existing buttons do not start the flow. The button just stays pressed and that's it.

And for admin account it works, but not for users.

What can be wrong? Maybe some microsoft issues?

    Another One test:

I create simple flow, add it to 2 different Apps,

On first works, on second not.

Maybe problem on Power Automate Connection? How to find out?

    Hello,

I try to share permissions for Power Automate Management for all users on organization and get this one message: The connection with id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_flowmanagement/connections/shared-flowmanagemen-88e28fa5-4346-48f0-bf42-77927f7550d2' of type 'flowmanagement' cannot be shared.

This App works few years, a lot of flow starts from here.
Issue starts when I tested new functionality, first test with users was successfully, second test not.

So now I try something to fix it:

I try to copy flow and start from this app - not working

I try to recreate flow and start from this app - not working (this is very strange)

    Another Flows - works

I add recreated flow to another app - works

This apps behavior is very strange and I dont understand how to find a solution.

    Hi @shnurich ,

If its the first time that users are trying the application , i may have the solution for you.

For the standart users to use power automate flows in an PowerApps environment , they need to have a certain right within the environment.

In the Environment Settings , Security Roles tab , find the Basic user and give him Process rights for the whole organization.

Its the solution if the users are getting "PowerApps service not configured " error

Ps: Please mark as Solution , if this reply solved your problem

    Yes, OnSelect Property is simple

    'CarsBooking-PowerApps_1'.Run(1)

As for Administrator button works fine, but for users after pushing the button remains pressed and nothing happens. Flow does not start.

    Hi @shnurich ,

So the button to trigger a flow was added, but is not working?

Can you please share the OnSelect property of the button?

    Hi @shnurich,

Was this working before? If yes, have any changes been made recently? Have you tried rolling back to a previous version?
