How to export SharePoint list according using Power Automate

Hello,

 

I have a SP list that filled from a form and contains a date field.

 

I am looking to create a flow which can run every month and then exports to excel all the rows that are one month old according to the date field and removes them from the SP list

 

I don't know if this is possible? Thank's in advance

    Hello @SoufTC 

    For the trigger, you can use the recurrence trigger:

    Then, to retrieve the records from the list, you will need to use filter expressions in the SharePoint action, here is another post that I found that contains very good steps that I think will give you an idea on how to implement your logic: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Filter-Query-of-Sharepoint-rows-between-dates-dates-specified-in/td-p/462859
