I can't see the flow run in the flow history (it's within the 28 days)

Hi,

I can't see the flow run in the flow history (it's within the 28 days) and I know that the flow ran because part of the actions in the flow have executed successfully but users are saying they didn't get their approvals.

I need to get that flow run to get into it and see what happened but it's not there. It should have run on the 17th of September 2021.

Regards,

Daniel

    Hi @Anonymous

Its difficult to analyse from the description you provided. If flow ran it should be appearing under the history. What is your trigger of the flow? Check whether it has any particular condition which is stopping the flow to trigger?

    Thanks

    Hello, @Anonymous!

When you say some parts did run, do you mean the parts that should've sent an approval? Have they also checked their junk folder?

    Cheers!

    Hi @abm ,

Thank you for taking your time to reply to me. I'm sorry but I was being stupid- I was looking at the wrong flow as I have similar flows for different use cases- when I checked under the correct flow it was there.

Sorry to take your time but I appreciate your writing to me.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Hi @rrovira ,

Thank you for getting back to me. I found the flow as I mentioned to abm above but it uses a switch control nested inside a do until loop. There are about 13 cases in the switch and the trouble is that when the flow is running  the switch control will not open and display the details so it's hard to know which point the flow is and where and why it's going wrong.

I have to infer from looking at the last successful action. If you have any advice on how to handle this I would most appreciate it.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Daniel
