Image dont diplaying

Hello guys, 

 

I have a powerapps app and I want to add Image from SharePoint library, 


I gave permissions to this Image for all users, and all users can open this image in SP.

but somebody can see this image in App, somebody - not.

 

How to find and fix a problem?

    Could you explain how you insert this image? Is the address between " ". Is it in a Canvas App or a Power Pages?
