I am a Very Newbie in using Technology of MS form and power automation.
I have an issue to develop my Perfomance Appraisal Form Visual and Digitalization
I need help to solve it. While the Flow Instruction be like this ( Manual Paper) :
1. The Paper Form Distributed to every worker
2. They fill the score ( 1,2,3,4,5)
3. The Upper level will do correction and give comment (written)
4. Go To Manager will do correction and give comment (written)
5. All Paper goes to me ( Administration) and we resume it and give to The director
The resume we typing manually form the Manager who already scored the paper
Please give me advice which better i used in digitalization using MS office and how to make the automation itself
