Post Message to Slack - compressed messages/notifications

Hi,

I've been looking up online on how to compress Slack messages/notification into just one but unfortunately I can't find any.

We have a scheduled flow for sending new hire credentials. It's getting all the details from a Sharepoint list, it will send the credentials to each new hires then it will send a notification to our Slack channel that a Welcome email has been sent to this user's email address. For every email, there's a notification. Is there a way to have just one notification for all new hires in every start date? Sample notif below:

Please help. Thanks

Best,

    Hi @febrilcosme,

Can you share a screenshot of your flow setup? This way we can make a suggestion/help out based on your current setup.

My suggested approach would be to use a Get Items with a Filter query (to filter for the new hires) and use a Select action to only select the e-mail address and join them together as a comma separated string into one slack message.

Thanks for the response @Expiscornovus ! I appreciate it. Sorry for late response as I just saw this now. Attaching here the snaps of our actual flow.
