Power Automate doesn't map a form to common data services

I need to save the results form a Form I created in common data services. I cannot figure out how to map the form response fields to the custom entity I created. All that shows up in the entity is the form ResponseID. Can someone show me how to map the rest of the form questions? I had expected the "Create New Record" step to allow this mapping.

@Anonymous Can you add a 'Compose' action and check if Forms returns values, perhaps your CDS columns are of a different data-type .

That worked, thanks. Adding the compose function solved the problem.
