Just spent 3 hours designing a very complex flow..
Go to save it and Error. Lost it all. Yes i know i probably should have saved partially whilst doing it.
Service has been very bad on Flow / Powerapps for the last day. I dont know what your doing MS but we cant be losing data.
Unlike powerapps, flow has no facility to save offline when errors like this occur, and maybe add an autosave feature for every 10 minutes or something..

Are you now able to recreate the flow? I guess there might be some update on both Flow and PowerApps.
About the auto save feature for every 10 minutes, I assume that it should be a good addition. Please consider to submit an idea at Flow ideas Fourm:
