ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded. i am creating a flow where an Item is sent from 1 SharePoint list to another. When i try doing it, an older data set appears in the second list instead of the item i want to send.

@arisprasla You'll need to adjust the logic of your flow if you are trying to copy a SP item from one list to another you should first ensure you are using a Filter Query in the Get Items action so you are only filtering out the items you'd like to copy.

This is more efficient than looping through each item in your SP list. I suspect that you have a nested Apply to Each action because one of the fields in your SP list is a multi-choice field. You need to parse that field first—otherwise you'll have nested apply to each actions.

If you could show a screenshot of your flow in edit mode with all actions expanded it would help to provide more insight.

    Hello @creativeopinion,

I looked at the video, tried somethings but it didn't work. Probably I am doing it wrong. Can you suggest how should I add the items in the filter query. As I only get the generic items in the dynamic content. My SP1 has multi choice, Choice, Date and Time, Single and Multiple lines of text all the that I want to copy to SP2. So will that change the expression?

My SP1 list compiles 2 forms. So, it has entries for 2 forms. So when copying the item to SP2 it has 2 different items mapped in 1 column. Will that be a problem?

Please suggest on what should I do to make the flow working

For a selected item already returns the item. What is the "Get items" good for that you need to filter?

    Check also "Get item"
