I have an approval flow,but when the flow ends, the process starts right over again. Is there a way to stop the workflow? I'm using the "When a File is created or modified (properties only)" Flow.
Also, I've just received the approval email in my Flow over ten times - I should have only received it once. How can that be fixed as well?

Could you please share some details about the flow you created?
If there is an Update fiel property action within your flow, then it will cause the flow in a loop.
You should add a special field to do a check before the Update status action, which then should stop the looping.
