Hello,

In my Excel database I have a tab called AIRCRAFT and a column called Seen with TRUE or FALSE in it.

I would like to know the formula that TRUE turns green and False turns red.

I am a newbie and have surfed the forums but I can't get it to work.

I hope you have the formula for me and I have attached a screenshot

Olay. You have that label on a gallery. Just write this on fill:

If(ThisItem.Seen = true; GREEN; false)

Simple as that

Go to the Template fill property of the gallery and put in

If(ThisItem.Seen, Green,Red)

If your Seen value is text, then you may need to have

If(ThisItem.Seen="True",Green, Red)

Thanks guys, I got it working.

One more thing, when I checkmark the checkbox the background color stays red but I want it to change to green.

I have have attached a screenshot
