Send all form results in daily email

Sorry for what may be a simple request. I'm brand new to flows and still researching how to do this but thought I'd try here too.

I'd like to email all form results from a single form daily as an Excel attachment. I've played with a few flows on sending emails on form submission but can't figure out how to do that with an "occurrence" at the start.

hi @Anonymous what you can do is something like this.

Please note that responders email just works with users inside your Org. For externals you need to define a field like Give me your email to send after the email.

Hi @Anonymous,

So, you submit an MS Form daily and want to get these answers but do not know how to get it, right?

You could add a Get response details action after the trigger, then append these answers into the Excel table by using Add a row into a table action, then just like @ChristianAbata shows, Get the Excel file content and put it into the Send Email action as a attachment:

@v-litu-msft @ChristianAbata thanks for responses.

@v-litu-msftyour solution looks close to what I want but I don't want the email sent per form submission I want an email sent once a day with all submissions from the day. What we're doing is having about 40 staff complete a form by 9:00 am for equipment requirements and I need to then have *all* form submissions sent as a spreadsheet to managers by noon. We're exporting and doing that manually right now.

Hi @Anonymous,

OK, if you want to collect all responses of 40 staff, you could follow my previous reply to create the Flow, but you need to remove send Email action.

Then create the other Recurrence Flow runs on12:00 every day to send the Excel file:

After sending the Excel file, if you want to use the excel file to accept responses of tomorrow, you could following these steps to empty the Excel file:
