Hi,
I'm receiving an error when tried to add a lookup field to a form. Please see the attached photo for more details. Appreciated if someone could help resolve this.

This morning I encountered a very similar error when creating a 'Submit button'.
The OnSelect formula is correct, and I though this may be related to permissions settings on SharePoint. I have not been able to resolve this yet though.
I also have a lookup field within this app which strangely does not have an error like that. Only when I want to submit the data does it show the displayed error.

It looks like something is wrong at the MS end because I'm currently getting the error in many different apps.
Hope they'll fix it soon.
