How to update file columns in library?

Hi

I have this library:

Contractor Library COPY.png

When the user applies a flow to 'Contractor Request 3.pdf':

For Owners Comments.png

A new file is created on the 'BET Owner Library':

BET Owner Library.png

How can I update the file columns in the 'BET Owner Library' to be the same as the file 'Contractor Request 3.pdf' in the 'Contractor Library COPY'?

I'm talking about the columns 'Reference Number', 'Request Number', 'WBS' and 'Approval Subject'

In the Update file properties I don't have any options to update these 4 columns...

What can I do?

Any help would be appretiated.

    @Anonymous:

    Can you please post a screen shot of the BET Owner library configuration screen from SharePoint.  In particular, it would be helpful to see the column information.

    Hi @ScottShearer

    So the columns Reference Number, Request Number, WBS and Approval Subject are meant to come from the Contractor Library COPY:

    I managed to get the values for the Request Number, WBS and Approval Subject by changing these columns to lines of text and number (Request Number) by creating them from 'Add from existing site columns' on the library's definitions, instead of creating these columns from the 'Lookup' of the Contractor Library COPY.

    To get the Reference Number I changed it to 'Number' instead of 'Lookup'. Now on the flow I can select the correct property from 'Get_item'.

    That's it!
