Dynamics365 CRM: Fetch OneDrive file > Get File content/Compose > Insert within CRM note?

Hi peeps,

Hopefully I've put this on the right board... Hope you're all doing well wherever you are in the world today! So I've got a bit of an issue and need some help. At the moment I am in the middle of constructing a flow which ties up with OneDrive (business) and Dynamics365 CRM.

The idea at the moment is for the flow to:

- Wait for a file to drop into the folder.

- Create a new case and insert the necessary info, assign it to someone using parameters.

- Create a new note within the same case and attach the file within the note *

- Stop there.

At the moment although I am able to create a new case, add details and create a new note within, I can't seem to insert the file. I've been looking around and this might be acheivable via the 'Compose' action? It's been quite a while since I used flow so getting back into the 'flow' ;-)...

Any help on this is appreciated!

Many Thanks.

    Hi @abm,

Many thanks for your response. Presumably that's for OneDrive (personal)? As I'm using OneDrive for Business that it doesn't seem to come up with the 'File Content' part when I go to select it.

Is there any way I can possibly combine the Compose variable or find another way to copy the file into the note?

    Thanks.

    Hi @iamcuriousmouse

Yes it is available under OneDrive business.

Start typing file under the Dynamic Content. It will display the relevant property.
