Help Building Initial Flow - Receive Email, Separate Body By Delimiter, Send Email With Text

OK, so I am trying to use co-pilot and other templates in Power Automate and I can't seem to get things to work based on my limited knowledge.  I'm hoping the community can help me build a Power Automate flow to assist with this.

I receive an email with the following body.  It is HTML:

2023-11-11 09:15:00 EST | CT | HARTFORD |WORKING FIRE| 690 ASYLUM AVENUE | FIRE IN DET GARAGE. LINES IN OPERATION VIA ALERTMESSAGE | ALERTCO |

I want to receive this email content and restructure it into a new email to send out to a distribution list:

Location: HARTFORD, CT - 690 ASYLUM AVENUE
Date/Time:  2023-11-11 09:15:00 EST
Alert: WORKING FIRE
Incident: FIRE IN DET GARAGE. LINES IN OPERATION VIA ALERTMESSAGE

It would be even better if I could format it like this:
Location:HARTFORD, CT - 690 ASYLUM AVENUE
Date/Time:2023-11-11 09:15:00 EST
Alert:WORKING FIRE
Incident:FIRE IN DET GARAGE. LINES IN OPERATION VIA ALERTMESSAGE

Can someone help create a flow from scratch that will do this?  I am willing to communicate via email if that would be preferable.  I am just looking for a template to get started so that I can continue to build my knowledge and then go off of what is successful.
