Trigger flow when File Properties are modified

My flow trigger is "When a file is created or modified (properties only)". The flow is running for Library1. When a document is uploaded in Library1, the flow is triggered and am creating the same file in Library2. Now when the properties of the file in Library1 is modified later by the user, the flow is not at all triggered. I want the modified properties of Library1 to be updated in Library2. I dont want the user to modify the file itself to trigger the flow. I would like to trigger the flow when the file properties are modified. Am I using the wrong trigger? I would like to have one flow for this - When a file is created and its properties are modified later. What has to my approach?

Hello @RameshMukka ,
that's exactly how the trigger works, when properties/file are modified it'll trigger the flow. It has a recurrence 5 minutes so it might take up to 5 minutes before the flow triggers on update, couldn't that be the problem?

@tom_riha You mean to say, the trigger should work either the file or its properties are modified?

Yes, it triggers on any update of the item, it can be change in properties or change in the file itself.
The '(properties only)' part in the trigger doesn't mean that the trigger will run only on property change, it means that the trigger will provide only properties of the file as an output, not the file content itself.

Is there any way to make the flow only run when the file's properties are modified (not when the file itself is modified)?
