Power BI Table to Word template duplicating rows

I'm trying to populate a word template with data coming from PBI through Power Automate. However, I am getting duplicate records in the word document. Attaching screenshots of my flow. 






The flow runs fine, but here is the output - 



Can anyone help me to understand why the rows are getting repeated?

    The answer is because you initialized the Array WITH the data from power bi, then you appended each array item again. initialize your array as Null
