I have a PowerApp that uses a PowerAutomate Flow that has AI Builder. The flow works great, the app works great, although when I went to share it, it said it used a Premium Connector. Is there any workaround or solution to use AI Builder without PowerApp premium licenses?

Yes, in order to share a PowerApp with premium connector, you need a specific license.
