Hi All,

I've created the below test flow in two of our tenants:

fvdm_5-1669109196953.png

In tenant number one the email looks as follows:

fvdm_1-1669108828378.png

In tenant number two the email looks as follows:

fvdm_2-1669108985386.png

fvdm_4-1669109023552.png

My question is, how can I get Tenant number one's email to also look as Tenant number 2?

Kind Regards

    Hi @fvdm ,

Could you please tell me that the two tenants are using the same version of outlook?

    Hi,

I can confirm that both tenants use the same version of outlook. For a bit more clarity, I've opened the emails in both Outlook on the web and Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 64-bit. I also did tried the two solutions with no luck.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @fvdm ï¼Œ

Each application or platform renders HTML and markup languages differently, which is why there are differences between application and application and platform to platform.

Do you want to unify the format of Approval emails?

Please try to use MarkDown to write Approval email

Here is a link for your reference:

    Best Regards
