Receiving an Error in Excel from email attachment via Sharepoint

I have the following flow set up where when an item or file is modified in sharepoint it should attach the modified file in an email. The email alert is working as intended however when you go to open the excel file I am receiving the below error message. Wondering if I missed a step when setting up the flow? I should note the excel file is different daily and comes out of different folders in sharepoint depending on which folder they are modifying.

Any help is appreciated!

    Hi @Bryanna

This could be the default behaviour.

Try open the Excel application. Then Click on File -> Options - > Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings… -> Macro Settings -> Enable all macros. Same can be configured using Group policy.

    Now try open the file.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes, looks like the file has macros enabled. This autopopulates some data.

    Hi @Bryanna

Why this extension is xlsm? Is this macro enabled?

    Thanks
