Hi Team,

I'm trying to configure the email arrive in shared mailboxes convert into plain text update into case description field.getting below error. Kindly help me for this issue.

Can you share a screenshot of the flow you have created so far? can you check if the appropriate attribute is being passed in the flow action?

Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems that Body you filled in the Record identifier filed in not the expected value. You need to fill the correct record id in this field to update the specified record. You should find the record you want to update first and get the record identifier of this record.

What is the correct record identifier in Update record in case entity?

I have tired Email body, html into plain text. But its not working
