I have a flow that when an item is added to a sharepoint list, it will then update item and give a reference number. I have tried to change the frequency on checking when item is checked but every time I save and go back in, it reverts back to 5 minutes. I've tried changing to 5 seconds, 1 minute and even 10 minutes incase it was an issue of being too frequent, does anybody have any idea's how to resolve this?
